Coast Live Project : Toile development -Second Toile -Difference between the First and the Second Toile
This week I have finalized my second jumpsuit, , knowing why my final fabric is going : digitally printed satin plazza and chiffon I got to use more appropriate toiling materials. The jumpsuit has an elastic waistband at the back which make it easy to get on and off.

Being honest , I am not satisfied with the outcome , I feel like the reduced pattern pieces are a bad idea because thy influenced to much the look of my design . I am going to have to talk with my team about this and ask their opinion. I am willing to spend more on the fabric if that means I am not going to compromise the design.

Coast Live Project - Reflection Week 5
Week 5 was so exciting and tiring . Everyone was developing final designs. I m in charge with creating the Illustrated line up . It was exciting to illustrate my group mates work but also really annoying as i had to stay up to 2 hours with people helping the design their pieces . It was annoying because that was my time in which i was supposed to be doing my work and this is the second time this happens. I did''t want to complain at first, but the first time i have illustrated our line up i had to proper interrogate people about their designs and stay with them until they decided if it is a skirt or dress . Some team members came to me with drapes , not with designs .
On the other hand everyone worked during the Easter holiday and people came with a very good range of print proposals . Majority of them started or were inspired by my artworks.
During the next meeting with our tutors , they have advised us to change our color pallet an to stick to one print style. We had a lot of print and design proposals but it was all a bit messy , the prints were to many and the designs were a bit inappropriate for a resort collection.
This week I have produced two Line ups , the original one before the meeting with our tutors.

No one wanted to design an 8th outfit so I did it . I designed , pattercut and sewn a jersey dress for our presentation to Coast.
Also we have changed the color board , our tutors proposed to us to introduce in our color pallet new colors inspired form my Illustrations.
